Structural Engineer of Record for a 7800-sf, two-story combination administration/fitness center. Because the fitness center was on the second floor, a heavy concrete slab supported by deep steel girders was used to minimize vibration transfer. Penetrations were pre-punched in the deep beam webs to allow for ductwork to pass.  The second-floor walls are cold-formed steel. The roof is pre-engineered cold-formed steel trusses.
